Please inform us of the defectiveness immediately after the delivery of the products. Return is not acceptable only except a product is found to have a quality problem.
Due to the nature of products, Yamatou is not able to accept any exchanges, returns or cancellation after the delivery is made because of the customers' circumstances.
If there is any quality problem in a product delivered, the product will be exchanged.
Please kindly inform Yamatou by e-mail or phone within 8 days on and after the product arrives of the quality problem and the will of return/exchanges , and send the defective product by cash on delivery.
Return delivery charge
The delivery charge for return due to the customer's circumstances shall be at the customer's expense. If the product returned is applied as defective or having quality problem, the delivery charge for return will be at Yamatou's expense.
